Terms and Conditions
By confirming the order and paying the full price of the trip, a contractual relationship is established between the client and the operator, which is governed by the following business conditions:
1. Introduction
The iHurghada.com website is operated by CA Red Sea Tours sro, IČ: 13962647, with its registered office at Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady 120 00, Prague 2 (hereinafter referred to as the “operator”), which is the seller and organizer of optional trips in Egypt (hereinafter trip”).
2. Booking a trip
The client will complete the trip booking using the booking form on the website www.ihurghada.com. Based on the completed form, the client will receive a booking confirmation.
The operator reserves the right to cancel a reservation for unpaid reservations or reservations in which the required data is not entered or filled in correctly.
The operator reserves the right to change the departure time of the trip via SMS or e-mail, no later than 22:00 Egyptian time on the day preceding the trip.
The client always arranges himself in his own name and at his own expense and is fully responsible for ensuring that his mobile phone number and e-mail address as data provided by him in the trip order will always be fully functional and accessible for the entire duration of the commitment. for the receipt of all messages from the operator, unless otherwise it is always considered that it has prevented their delivery. In the same way, the client is always responsible for himself if he does not get acquainted properly and in time with the relevant message sent to him properly and well in advance.
3. Payment
The client pays the payment for the trip or the deposit determined by the operator by payment card or sends it to the operator’s account at Česká spořitelna, as, account number 4644884399/0800. Payment for the trip is considered to be duly paid only on the day on which it will be credited to the operator’s bank account marked above. The operator is not responsible for any delay in payment by the client. In this case, the operator may cancel the reservation. The reservation becomes binding at the moment of its confirmation and payment of the full price of the trip.
4. Trip cancellation and cancellation conditions
The client has the right to cancel the trip without giving reasons within 24 hours before the trip and will be refunded the full amount, unless a specific condition is specified for a specific trip to cancel the trip. The trip must be canceled by e-mail at stop@ihurghada.com or by SMS message or by phone at +420 777 511 111. No later than 24 hours before the trip. If the client does not go on a trip without prior cancellation or does not notify the trip in time (see above), 50% of the price paid will be refunded, unless a special condition for the trip is specified for a specific trip.
5. Complaints
The client is obliged to file a complaint during the trip by notifying the guide present. In the event that the situation can not be resolved on the spot, the client writes a guide to the complaint report. If it is not possible to contact the guide on the spot, a complaint can be submitted within 7 days of the trip, via the e-mail address reklamace@ihurghada.com. The complaint must contain the reservation number, contact details of the client and the justification of the complaint. The deadline for handling the complaint by the operator is 30 working days from the delivery of the complaint.
Photographers or cameramen present on the trips are not employees of the operator, therefore the operator is not responsible for the quality of the products and services they offer. The operator cannot file a complaint with these products and services.
6. Place and time of the trip
The time of departure from the hotel for the trip is approximate, it will be specified the day before departure by e-mail or SMS message. Clients always wait for the departure of the trip before the reception, if the change is not specified when specifying the departure time by e-mail or SMS message. If the client is not at the designated place on time and the guide is not able to contact the client, the trip fails as if the client did not notify the trip in time, and in this case the cancellation conditions always apply. The operator reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip due to conditions beyond the operator’s control (force majeure or change in government regulations). In the event that the guide does not arrive within 10 minutes after the specified time, it is necessary to immediately contact the operator’s hotline at +420 777 511 111. The time stated for individual trips is always Egyptian time.
7. Age of the child
For some trips, the price varies according to the age of the child. Unless otherwise stated for specific trips, a child under the age of 6 (infant) is free. Child from 6 to 12 years is for 50% of the trip price.
8. Effectiveness of business conditions
